Interlogix (formerly GE Security) has a range of Access Control and Security Products which are sold internationally. Red Crater is the Australasian software development technology partner for two of these products; Forcefield and Facility Commander Wnx.

We can develop solutions which enhance these products including; integration with HR databases, applications which interface with the event handling of respective systems (such as paging systems), and custom reporting and custom user interface applications.

Cardax FT is a feature rich access control system combining all aspects of a physical access control solution from readers through to Windows based control software. Cardax FT exposes a range of programming interfaces including OPC Events and Alarms, OPC Data Access, Controller API, DVR SDK, as well as XML Import and Export.

Red Crater is fully conversant with these programming interfaces and has built solutions for customers based on all of these interfaces.

HID is the world’s largest manufacturer of access control readers and access cards. Red Crater sells the PC connected range of Smart Card and 125 readers, and also provides custom software development when a customer requires an access control solution which they can’t get ‘out of the box’.

Ricoh is a proactive supplier of print and copy solutions with a strong focus on sustainability and customer service. Red Crater has worked alongside Ricoh on a number of sites, assisting with integration of Smart Cards with the multifunction devices and printers. We have also assisted Ricoh in providing custom account top-up solutions for Ricoh customers.

Red Crater works with Canon to provide solutions around their Print and Copy systems and their imaging technology. Canon is the local agent for the uniFLOW Print Control/Cost Recovery System and Red Crater has assisted a number of sites with the integration of uniFLOW with other corporate applications.

Fuji Xerox is a supplier of innovative print and copy solutions to corporate and educational institutions. Red Crater can provide Smart Card and Proximity Card integration with the Fuji Xerox devices so that virtually any type of card can be used for cost recovery and print control.

Equitrac supplies software and control devices for cost recovery, and print control for use with virtually any brand of printer/copier. Equitrac comes with a range of utilities and programming tools that allow it to be integrated with other applications and funds based systems. Red Crater can use our knowledge of Equitrac to build additional funds based applications (such as cafeteria payment systems) on top of the Equitrac system, or to streamline the management of user accounts within Equitrac.

Wilson Technology Solutions is a division of Wilson Parking specialising in supplying parking technology and equipment. Red Crater works closely with Wilson Technology Solutions so that parking technology can be integrated with organisational IT systems such as personnel identity databases.

Hectronic are a manufacturer of Pay and Display parking meters which provide good support for Smart Card payment options. Through our relationship with Hectronic we can implement internal chargeback solutions using the Hectronic meters, as well as maintain active card databases based on personnel lists in corporate directories or access control systems.

A large proportion of parking buildings are controlled using SKIDATA equipment. Red Crater can integrate the SKIDATA parking with corporate systems so that corporate access cards can be used in nearby SKIDATA controlled parking buildings and that parking fees can be charged back through corporate accounting systems.

ETS are the local agent for the Parkeon Wayfarer bus transport and ticketing system. This system uses Mifare Smart Cards and Red Crater has expertise in supporting organisations by creating combination cards to include the Wayfarer functionality. This can be used in a practical way for organisations to encourage their employees to use public transport.

Snapper is a stored value Smart Card system used for public transport and small value transactions. Red Crater has the ability to create custom solutions around the Snapper Smart Cards including internet payment gateways and point of sale solutions.
